I got great value for my money with a comfortable room and a stunning view of the Tianjin Eye from my window. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of Chinese restaurants and take-away options nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home.

The best aspects were the spacious rooms with a separate seating area and sleeping area, the spectacular view of the Tianjin Eye from the room, and the helpful and friendly staff who spoke English. The hotel's location on the waterfront was perfect for walking along the HaiHe River promenade and exploring the city's major tourist attractions like Italian Style Town, which was just a scenic bike ride away. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options, and the bar had a lovely selection of cocktails. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including ample parking and convenient transportation options, further enhanced our experience.

While the service in this hotel is generally impeccable, there have been a few instances where some staff members seemed indifferent during the checkout process.

We were those taking off early and the hotel's location near the Tianjin Eye and train station made our stay extremely convenient. The room had a great view of the river and the bridges, and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and 'western'. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Joe who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The hotel also had a self-service convenience store, albeit requiring Wechat Pay or Alipay.

While the room itself felt clean, there was a faint smell of smoke most likely from someone smoking in a non-smoking room. Additionally, some common areas like the lobby seemed a bit unkempt with cigarette butts on the ground.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was made even more enjoyable by the breathtaking views of the Tianjin Eye. The corner room upgrade for Spire Elites gave us ample space and incredible scenery. The breakfast buffet offered a mix of western and local favorites, with a special area for IHG members. Despite the slight inconvenience of a smoking smell in our non-smoking room, the overall experience was solid and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel for its great location, views, and value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was full of luxurious amenities and excellent service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness center offered the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the perfect location. the room was incredibly spacious and included exclusive facilities, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The gym service was a minor issue, as the gym is only open until 11 pm and starts from 10 am. the staff would not allow me to enter the gym after 10 pm.

He personalized my dining experience, taking into account my special dietary needs. His attention to detail and passion for providing excellent service were truly exceptional. The hotel itself was well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, such as leaking taps and dropping curtains, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
